Colossal Clambo is the second boss in Donkey Kong Land in Seabed Showdown, the final level of Kremlantis who is essentially a large Clambo.

It attacks by spitting pearls and can move around, unlike regular Clambos. In order for Donkey and Diddy to strike back, they must wait for Colossal Clambo's pearls to bounce onto a smaller Clambo which defeats it and bounces the pearl back to Colossal Clambo. After each hit, Colossal Clambo becomes quicker. The primate must strike down Colossal Clambo a couple more times to defeat it so they two can move on to Chimpanzee Clouds and Monkey Mountains
