Appearance

Kloaks are spiritual, headless beings with a green waistcoast containing buttons. They also have glowing red eyes coming from their waistcoats. At the ends of their waistcoast, it is colored beige, except for the bottom where it is yellow. These enemies appear to lack legs and instead levitate in midair.

History

Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest

Kloaks make their first and so far their only appearance in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. In this game, they throw Spinies, Click-Clacks, Zingers, barrels, crates and even helpful items including bananas or chests at Diddy and Dixie. Despite being ghosts, they can be defeated like most other enemies by jumping on them (this is difficult though due to their altitude), with a team toss, or throwing a projectile at them.

A Kloak appears in one of Funky's minigames in the Game Boy Advance version. The minigame being "Cool Sounds". Here, the Kloak guards Funky's ghetto blaster and Diddy has to shoot the Kloak multiple times, unlike the other enemies which take one shot to win the minigame. Kloak only throws rolling barrels in this minigame.
