Lava Lagoon is the third stage in Crocodile Cauldron and the ninth stage in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2. It is preceded by Kannon's Klaim and has Red-Hot Ride come after it.
Overview
The level itself takes place inside a sunken galleon flooded with scalding water. Touch it and a Kong is lost. The only means of cooling down the water is through the means of Clapper the Seal, though only for several seconds.
